· Provide an environment from which each chapter can obtain and/or sustain the national "OUTSTANDING" Chapter Award

· Support chapters who need and ask for extra support

· Publish the 2008 - 2009 Delegates Handbook

· Publish a newsletter quarterly, as minimum, and submit for the National Publication Award

· Publish a schedule of Chapter Professional Development classes and speaker/meeting place information in each newsletter and on the FSCC Web Page

· Conduct a mini-Leadership Development Conference

· Conduct one four-hour professional/personal development workshop or two two-hour professional/personal development workshops

· Encourage sharing of training resources

· Sponsor an FSCC joint event for all chapters in the fall and in the spring

· Make enough money to fund the year’s events

·   Sponsor Eastern Leadership Development Conference

·   Sponsor and charter one new Chapter

·   Publish a Schedule of the Chapter General Membership Meetings

·   Obtain the "OUTSTANDING Council" national award
